For all Church:/Advance customers, we provide up to 20 webmail addresses for you to use, for example office@st-johns.xtn.org, pastor@st-johns.xtn.org. These are included in the monthly charge for all customers.

What is Church:/Advance Email?

It's an email marketing service, allowing you to email your message to lots of people at once.

With Church:/Advance Email your email list subscribers receive timely, legal, content-rich - and persuasive - communications about you and your services, helping you advertise, build communication and keep everyone in the loop.

How does it work?

You can use Church:/Advance Email one of two ways. Choose the option that's best for your organisation & budget...

Option 1: We prepare and send your emails for you to your instructions - you don't need to anything other than write the email copy and give us the images and links you want to include.

Option 2: We train you to operate the Church:/Advance Email system yourself, provide phone support & a 'pre-flight' email checking service.

We can work with you on your email marketing strategy and tactics, as well helping you become compliant with new EU Privacy Legislation.

What does it do?

As part of your subscription to the online email marketing system you will be able to access reports online to see:

• How many emails bounced - normal is 15%, but for most of our customers it's around 10%.
• How many customers viewed your email - normally it's 48%, but our customers range up to as high as 77%.
• How many clicked through - normally 2%, but our customers' emails range up to 19%.
• In the latter, you'll also be able to see how many clicked on each of the links, thus enable you to adjust the product mix in subsequent emails.
